How an AXIO project works.

It starts with a conversation — at our Narva showroom or online. We discuss your space, lifestyle and goals, and outline the next steps.

The first consultation is free. We review references, take initial dimensions and explain materials, timelines and budget ranges.

Once the brief is clear, our team takes precise on-site measurements that become the basis for the technical drawings.

Material samples are presented at the showroom — solid wood, veneer, stone, lacquer, hardware and lighting — chosen together with you.

We produce 3D visualisations and full technical drawings. Every detail is fixed in writing before production starts.

Everything is manufactured in our own workshop. We coordinate partner trades (stone, glass, lighting) under one project manager.

Our own team installs every project on-site across Estonia. Adjacent trades are scheduled around our installation.

All AXIO furniture comes with a written warranty covering construction, finishes and hardware. Conditions are agreed before signing.

Standard schedule: a reservation payment, a production payment after drawings are approved, and a final payment after installation.

From signed drawings to installation, most projects take 6–10 weeks depending on materials, complexity and current workshop load.
