Information we collect
Our project request form collects your name, phone, email, city, project type and description, plus optional dimensions, inspiration links and uploaded photos or drawings. It also records your selected contact preference and indicative budget. Our meeting form collects your name, email and requested date, plus optional phone, project type and notes. The selected language accompanies requests.
Purpose and processing
We use this information to respond to project and meeting requests, prepare estimates and communicate with you before a contract. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; legal obligations may also apply. Necessary technical services process requests, store their information and deliver correspondence on our behalf, only as needed for these purposes.
Retention
We keep request information only for as long as necessary to handle the request and related pre-contract communication, or to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not require marketing consent to submit a request.
Your rights
Contact studio@axio.ee to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or portability where applicable, or to object where the law permits. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
